My husband and I have done a great deal of business with J & S and recommended them to family in the past. I recently went to have my tires balanced and was told they could not balance the tires. The written explanation; "chopped tires due to worn steering and suspension components - left front control arm and ball joint would have to be replaced and more recommendations". I'm hard on cars due to the nature of my job. 13 years, 11 cars, & over $24,000 in maintenance, repairs, n tires. They've NEVER tried to sell me something I didn't need. And not once have I ever felt like "just another customer" since day 1 of walking through thier door.
I don’t think I could ever say enough great things about Steve and the guys at J and S Firestone - I was in Owosso from out of town and heard a knocking noise so I pulled into a nearby tire place. They told me they couldn’t fix it but referred me to a couple other places. Nobody could help me as it was nearing the end of the day. Then I spoke to Steve who got me to the shop and they got the parts. They had me in and out in no time.
