My husband and I purchased a new home from J S Robinson. We are very pleased with our experience (sometimes the office can be hard to get hold of). We had a couple of minor issues after moving in and Tony helped solve the issues (adjusting a door, one creaking floor board, a problem with the dishwasher, needing some caulking on a window). I don’t typically take the time to leave a review but with the experience I have had with Ben Armstrong and the warranty team I felt I needed to. I have never had somebody go as far and beyond as Ben has been through our first 12 months of buying a JS Robinson home.
