Called on a Sunday and Jonathan came right out, diagnosed and fixed the problem in no time. Excellent service and a super fair price. Will definitely be my go to guy from now on. Thanks Jon!
Jonathon came out right away for a problem with my A/C. He was professional, honest and efficient. We will definitely call him again for all our future HVAC needs and I will highly recommend JS Pope Heating & Air to others.
They set an appointment for Friday at 9am to do yearly maintenance, no one showed up. Called and rescheduled for 2pm. No one showed up. I called again and was told they were busy on other projects.
Fantastic experience. Fast response, good attention to detail, took detailed photos to document the problems with my system, and offered a quality HVAC replacement. Have lived in Horry County my whole life and JS Pope is the best I’ve found.
At 3:00 Jerry called and my unit was junk. I asked when he could install one. He said I will put it in today. Never expected that. Excellent service. Known Jerry since high school. Great man and excellent service by his employees. Thank you!!!!!!
