I want to thank J & S for taking care of our bathroom issues so quickly and with such nice plumbers, Regan and Nicholas. Doing without plumbing fixtures is really hard now days and I just can't go back to a porta potty at my age. Thank you so much for such quick and good work, love having our toilet and sink and instant water heater back. Thank you again!
Came and broke more things and didn't fix the initial problem, snaking a drain that needs to be re-routed is a bandaid over a gunshot wound. Didn't want to leave this review but we are suffering because of them. The problem is still not fixed. Edit- weeks later, problem STILL NOT FIXED. 2nd edit- STILL NOT FIXED. Said they MIGHT be out in two weeks lol.
