5/5 I had an incredible experience with J&S pest management! We were having some issues with wasps and outdoor bugs at our townhome complex, and thankfully J&S came to assist us! I feel so much safer in my home. Special shout out to the technician, Eli! He was so kind & thoughtful during our service. We will definitely be following up!
After a year (and paying in advance), communication has been sporadic and our new sod is ruined. Tried to cancel our service through various channels and can't get anyone to respond. I've heard they're great with some customers and horrible with others. Good luck - hope you're one of the lucky ones. We weren't.
For years, my family used "another" service, and at least a quarter to a half of the yard was dead, or struggling grass. After watching all my neighbors yards look so much better, I finally asked why, and it was because they ALL use J&S. I switched, the strategic timing of fertilization and bug prevention makes all the difference in the world. Now my yard looks, and is more healthy, all thanks to J&S!
