I had an appointment for Thursday afternoon, which was scheduled with Sharon on Wednesday morning. No one showed up or called on Thursday. I called them at the end of the day Thursday, and John told me it would be first thing Friday morning. I called them back at 10:30am on Friday and got John again. I've been calling there for over 3 weeks for a commercial estimate. Left a message the first time with the receptionist. I left the same message the second time with the same receptionist. She told me "he's really busy." I still haven't received a call back. I can't imagine the poor level of communication if I chose them for my project. Hard no.
