COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL. John was scheduled to do my landscaping in time for the upcoming rental season, was a week away from start date and he canceled. For two weeks leading up to the job, they avoided my calls and failed to respond to texts and voicemails. If i could give them 0 stars I would! We signed papers and reserved a bounce house for my daughter's birthday Abe the day before they tell us they forgot and rented it out! They had none available!!!
I called last minute to rent a bounce house and everybody from the office to the owner was very accommodating and went out of their way to help. Not even an hour after I called the bounce house was delivered and set up in my yard. They were priced pretty good too.
