No one at this location seems to have any idea what they are doing!!! They aren't even capable of adjusting a pair of glasses! One older woman was using a pair of metal pliers to adjust my nose pads and every time she adjusted the pads, she was scraping the metal pliers across my lenses. Why in world don't they use the rubber coated jewelry pliers, so they do not scratch both your lenses and your frames?
