Beware, paid for Annual Service Contract in March 2012, came time for annual fall heating cleaning, took at least 2 weeks to speak to a human being, she scheduled my appointment for 2 days after this phone call, no show and no call. This was on 10/24/12. Have left MANY messages, not one return call. By the way, J & S also goes under the name of Happy Home Heating and Cooling. My experience with these guys is, pay the annual service contract fee, and they screen their calls, never to hear from them again
Very happy with them!!! They installed my HVAC system and all of my utilities went down.
