I had a great first-time experience with J’s Shop. I had taken my diesel pickup to the dealership, and they told me the coolant valve needed to be replaced—something they claimed wasn’t covered under my warranty. They quoted me over $3,000 for the repair. 0/5 stars. Disgustingly unprofessional. Avoids calls and contact. Lies and steals your money, thousands of dollars. Incompetent mechanics...I literally fix cars better by watching YouTube videos. They have had our suv for OVER 12 MONTHS. This vehicle has been brought back to them over 4 times!!! They put in a faulty engine. We have paying insurance on a vehicle for an entire year for it to just sit at their shop. Not to mention have been scammed for more in repairs than the car is actually even worth.
