Carpet prices were 20-30% higher than at all other carpet stores nearby. However, the most ridiculous was measurements made by installer David Parrella. I do understand that carpet pattern match requires extra material, however not twice as much for a simple pattern. Neither of multiple requests to provide a cutting diagram to show why installer thinks he needs twice as much material was ever addressed. Went into the store and Liz was helpful, but her follow up was nonexistent. I was told at least four times I would get a quote for my one room of flooring, but it’s been well over a week, and still no quote. They either don’t have enough help or don’t care about a small job/customer. Their loss, I’m an interior designer who could’ve brought them a significant amount of business.
