Coach Steve was recommended to me after I was hit by a car. My recovery had been fairly stagnant and I was feeling defeated. He helped me regain, strength, flexibility and mobility to function in my daily life.
I was ready to make a change In my life and was not sure where to start. I was always bad with a diet and when I would worked out it only lasted for a month. When I started with coach Steve he made it clear that he was going to give me the tools to be successful but I was going to have to put the work in.
