Everyone I've had the pleasure of dealing with are friendly, understanding & explain things where I can understand which is awesome. Pretty quick with getting appointments & they have been extremely accommodating about the fact I have 6 cats in my van because I live in my van right now. My car broke down in the middle of our move and a friend referred us to J & S. I'm happy to say that we have a new auto repair shop! They were able to get it up and running the same day! Their rates are very reasonable and communication was friendly, clear, and pressure-free! Will return and refer for sure!
