Company hired by my HOA to clean gutters. Worker put extension ladder on my deck to reach gutters. He scraped the ladder along my recently painted deck, and damaged paint. I called the HOA and they referred me to the company owner. The owner came, looked, said he would repair and would call me in the morning to schedule repair. I live in Hidden Village. My HOA uses this company for jobs. I had three appointments that they did not keep. I keep moving my things off my deck so they can work. They are not courteous enough to call me or the hoa 12 hours ahead of time to cancel and reschedule my appointments. I can't tell you if they are good or not, because they never showed up!
