Very knowledgeable and helpful and looks out for the customer
Overcharged me for a used tire that was bad to begin with. Was told my rim was damaged and they would return in the morning with a rim. They never came back and ignored all calls and texts. Once I drove to nearest tire shop, they informed me that the tire that JRs Truck and trailer had put on was a bad tire. They also damaged my trailer tire inflation system - STAY AWAY from these guys‼️
I went to change the water pump on my Detroit 60 series. They just told me no
