Mike and his crew put a new septic system/inc tank for me and they were great. Work was quality, on-time, and reasonable. Mike/owner visited on more than one occasion to answer any questions I had, as well as, review the work being done. I would use them again.

J&R completed a minor repair to my septic monitoring tube, and in the process managed to destroy a large portion of my landscaping. After trying to contact the owner for two weeks, I was finally told they were not going to make any effort to fix the damage and to stop trying to contact them. I was told the damage was perfectly reasonable and unavoidable. We have been a long time customers of JR septic to include getting a new septic installed by them. I don't mind the guy that actually comes out and pumps but the owner is really tough to deal with. She has a major attitude. I would be very leery of her husband and his septic building business to. I would like to give more details but take my word for it they will not take care of you when you need it the most. Just saying.................

The pumping service is good and usually timely. However, if you have a clogged drain/pipe dont expect them to come prepared. We had this issue with the line running from the house to the septic backing up because the leach field was saturated. This resulted in a clog somewhere in the line running from the house to the septic. I cant prove it but, I believe they damaged the pvc pipe elbow running to the septic with the snake.
