Ordered some flowers for my grandmother's birthday. The arrangement arrived in the afternoon of her birthday, hand arranged and ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL! The flowers are so fresh, arranged with care, and you can SMELL how healthy and fresh these flowers are. The arrangement is unique and breathtaking. Even my picky mother adored the arrangement! They were very reasonably priced and their delivery fee was also quite reasonable. 10/10 would highly recommend.
Low quality. A client of mine, received this arrangement. Chipped rusted painted metal vase, lily broke down right when received (broke apart in vase). Not enough foam used to hold up paradise bird (was falling over). Carnation looks old. So sad.
My friend ordered me a get well bouquet from this company. When I opened the door, the delivery person was picking up flowers that had fallen out onto the ground. I took the arrangement and noticed many of the flowers were falling out of the floral foam, flowers were crushed, and old. I wrote to them immediately and enclosed pictures showing them the horrible shape of the flowers. No response or acknowledgement from them at all. My sweet friend sent me a bouquet yesterday when we had a death in the family and I have doorbell footage of the delivery driver picking my flowers from my garden and taking them with her?! How is this ok? I told the company and they did nothing.
I almost didn't post because I just don't like to be mean. However, after my son saw a picture of the bouquet he ordered for me he was quite upset. He sent me a photograph from J & R's website of what he paid for, which was the premium option. It was absolutely gorgeous. It came with at least a dozen roses, maybe more. The arrangement they delivered to me had only 2 roses and one was tucked in the back. My arrangement was very tiny, and had mostly carnations and two stalks of old greenery.
