Very disappointed with this company and the gentleman I was dealing with. Was looking for a basic quote and kept putting me off telling me he’d be there next week. Told me if it’s taking too long to come out to call back, seriously? What’s that doing to do. At the point now where he won’t even return my call. I know options are limited in WL but I do not recommend.
Jason is great to deal with. Super responsive, understanding of the client's needs and super straight forward. The quality is all you could ask for.
Called Jason from J-Roc to see if he’d come to my house on short notice to fix my down spouts. He showed up that very day and fixed every one. Couldn’t be more happy with the workmanship. Would highly recommend.
