Not happy AT ALL!! If I could give no stars, I would! I ordered & paid for flowers for my friend at Bethesda North Hospital on Thursday, Sept 10th for same day (or the next at the latest) delivery. It is now late Sunday afternoon, Sept 13th & she has never received them, plus, she is now going home! I've tried calling but only get their full mailbox, so I've texted but have not heard back. What kind of business does this to their customers?! I want a full refund. Disgusted! :-(
Similar to other reviews, I placed an online order that was never delivered and had to dispute through my bank after multiple attempts of contacting the shop without success. I really hate to leave a negative review on a small business, but I would not recommend ordering from here.
I received the most beautiful floral arrangement. Fresh and way above my expectations. Great florist with very reasonable prices. Highly recommend.
Friendly and helpful, flowers look great!
I placed an online order for delivery last week to be delivered on Friday. Flowers were not delivered. When I called to inquire, the woman explained she would check into it when she got to the store. I called again to check in and they are no longer answering my call and the voicemail box is full. I will be working with my bank to refund my purchase. I would NOT recommend this shop, especially if ordering online.
