Dr. Stern is an excellent doctor!
I’ve been going to this office for sometime now and I was always told that yearly physicals are free, no co-pay no nothing. Why am I getting a bill in the saying that I owe $25 for my physical this isn’t the first time it happened the first time I let it slide but this time it’s getting ridiculous. I will not be paying $25 for a physical that’s supposed to be free. I don’t know what the $25 is but to me it just seems like you guys are scamming and I don’t like it. They used to be good not anymore they scheduled me with the wrong doctor then Gas lit me into thinking that I was the reason why it happened that way
I got here seven minutes after my scheduled appointment, it took me 20 minutes (in the blistering cold) to find the building the Richard Lilly clinic was in. There is no sign or anything that says that the Richard Lilley clinic is in one of the four buildings that look almost identical. The four buildings there look almost exactly the same for anyone that goes for the first time, you will have a hard time finding which building you’re supposed to walk to. I will never come back to this doctor office ever AGAIN. The doctor literally attacked me while I telling her what’s bothering me. She was rude and did not listen to me at all and I am the patient
