They have zero respect for your time. Even when you schedule an appointment, it routinely takes over an hour before the doctor actually sees you. When you ask the receptionist for an update, they act annoyed. It’s especially disappointing because they predominantly serve people of color—this community deserves far better than this. On top of that, they rarely call with test results; I always have to follow up myself.

Dr. Stern is an excellent doctor!
I’ve been going to this office for sometime now and I was always told that yearly physicals are free, no co-pay no nothing. Why am I getting a bill in the saying that I owe $25 for my physical this isn’t the first time it happened the first time I let it slide but this time it’s getting ridiculous. I will not be paying $25 for a physical that’s supposed to be free. I don’t know what the $25 is but to me it just seems like you guys are scamming and I don’t like it. They used to be good not anymore they scheduled me with the wrong doctor then Gas lit me into thinking that I was the reason why it happened that way
