Dr. Spears isn't your typical orthopedic. He listens, answers, and talks to his patients like they're real people. He doesn't have the typical God complex many orthopedics do, but still tells it to you straight. Our original meeting was after I did something dumb with a mitre saw and he reattached my tendons a few days later. The scar is barely visible!!
