I have a pre-war "classic 8" on the upper east side of manhattan and contracted with Rapaport to remove carpeting, restore the original hardwoods and remove the saddles between doorways. Everything about the experience was fantastic. The team was professional, operated with a sense of urgency, transparent and provided much-needed suggestions on how to make the place perfect.
