I contracted J & R Concrete to put a parking pad in beside my garage. The area next to my garage can get rather wet, so during each of the estimates (I got 5) I always asked "Is there something that should be done about how wet this area gets?". Jeff from J & R was the only person that gave me a solution and didn't just tell me I would need to be sure to fill around the pad to make sure it didn't undercut. He suggested adding a french drain at the same time he put in the pad, and gave me a very reasonable quote to add it. Wh... read more
