Virginia Hospital Center is one of the best. The atmosphere is great. I was in such awe when I arrived to meet my surgeon. Check in was easy at the kiosk without assistance. All of my info was there and only had to add or make minor changes. Upon meeting my surgeon the nurses who call you back are great and so caring. My surgeon Dr Salameh was nothing short of amazing. Dr Salameh performed an inguinal hernia repair; Julia Phillips (Nurse Practitioner) did the followup. They are a highly professional, no-nonsense team. Ms Phillips was highly communicative about the recovery period, plus questions I had about the possibility that I might need surgery for an additional problem.
I had my hernia surgery with Dr. Slameh, and the process was quick and effective. Highly recommend Dr. Salameh if you are looking for a hernia surgeon.
Dr. Salalah and staff were very informative before and after my hernia repair. Felt like I was in good hands throughout the process and would not hesitate to recommend.
