Specialties Embroidery & Direct-to-garment Printing. History Established in 1994. JR's Caps and Embroidery started as a small cap company in Windward Mall where you could get patches or flock letters ironed onto your hats. It was so successful that we decided on opening a seasonal kiosk in Sears Ala Moana which turned into our home for about 16 years.
