Happy with our experience here. We picked J & R out of three bids for a full roof replacement. They worked seamlessly with our insurance, were super fast to get the job done and were able to handle it all while we were out of town with easy communication. The one thing I would do differently is more upfront planning on colors, styles and add-ons. They move so quickly that we didn't have a lot of time to deliberate! That said, they were flexible and adaptive as we made choices in the process. I would recommend!

The work felt rushed, with details overlooked and cleanup incomplete. Issues appeared soon after the job was finished, and follow-up responses were slow and unhelpful. For the cost, I expected better workmanship, professionalism, and accountability throughout the project.
There's a lot to navigate when you replace a roof: shingles styles and quality, underlying repairs, insulation and gutters... J&J was super clear about the options and cost - they even managed the insurance side for payment. All that earned them five stars, but we later noticed an issue not in the original design that was not part of J&J's quote and were pleased how quickly and professionally they handled it - they went above and beyond!
