Great experience working with J&R Roofing. My rental home had some shingles missing from strong wind and Pete, the project manager, went out and inspected, ordered the necessary items, and made the repairs quickly and efficiently. Provided inspection photos and completion photos. This all happened while I was on vacation and made this completely stress-free for me. Thank you, Pete!
It’s excessive, but we contacted 22 different roofing companies! J&R came in at the top of the list because of price, communication, product and warranty. John was incredible to help with my questions on ventilation and drainage as well as showing options on the actual roofing products. Jason was fantastic to work with on coordinating the actual work. On the roofing days everything was smooth and efficient. Clean up was great and communication was open the whole time. We highly recommend J&R!
Happy with our experience here. We picked J & R out of three bids for a full roof replacement. They worked seamlessly with our insurance, were super fast to get the job done and were able to handle it all while we were out of town with easy communication. The one thing I would do differently is more upfront planning on colors, styles and add-ons. They move so quickly that we didn't have a lot of time to deliberate! That said, they were flexible and adaptive as we made choices in the process. I would recommend!
