100% Awful experience, if I ever go back there, I won't have Que do my hair again. Believe that. She chopped all my hair off when all I'd asked for was a trim, when she was done cutting my hair went from being down to my butt, to being just at the top of my shoulder blades.... And then colored my hair before cutting so she could charge me for coloring that hair as well.... Never again.....
