wouldn’t recommend working with them if you can avoid it. will up the listed price just before lease signing, find any excuse they can to charge you extra fees, and are completely unresponsive to requests for repairs — some of my valuables were damaged due to a ceiling leak which went unrepaired for 5+ months.
