Great company and customer service
Since they began delivering fuel when I moved in 2 years ago, they have been amazing. Both my kerosene and propane tanks were empty when I moved in, and they got me a delivery that day. When the regulator broke on the propane, they had a tech here within an hour. And when I ran out of kerosene last night due to a broken gauge, they delivered fuel within 5 hours of my call, in the snow and freezing rain. They always go above and beyond for their customers and I highly recommend them.
I've been using J&R for my propane and welding gas needs for a few years now and the service is second to none. Always prompt and happy to help. Highly reccomend to anyone in need of their services.
I got caught in price gauging. called for a part to our tank. Wouldn't sell us just the part. Should have been our first red flag! then a Push on purchasing their fuel "to discount service". meaning not $75 an hour, a free service as stated. So we purchased their fuel to forego the extra fee. Price change again the day before service. And again after instillation. Price change three times sobs first contract, then threatened to take product back out/off from our propane tank in 40° weather. pretty sure that's 100% illegal. G... read more
Had the BEST experience! awesome customer service, SUPER FAST, I was doing this delivery as a surprise/gift for someone we know bc they couldn’t afford to get fuel & was going without heat... every other company had specific days they would deliver, most being a week out and as you all know a week in these winter temps isnt doable. so i asked for recommendations on FB and got referred to them, NOTHING but easy & fast with them! So thankful!! Thanks J&R!!!!
