Clearly not willing to hear or help customers with issues or machining requests. Called my $1000 torque converter 'junk' over the phone without even looking at it. Didn't want to 'mess up his dies' on chasing a few threads... Translated to me as 'I'm too lazy, go away'... Well, gladly. I would recommend you do the same.
Very reasonable rates and always have good service. The shop is also very clean and organized
