The Worst!! For starters the rep over the phone LIED and said my ss number wouldn’t be saved. When I arrived to my appt my ss number was printed on the form. I waited 5 mins for the receptionist to get off the phone. Then another 15 mins for dentist. I scheduled a new patient deep cleaning I was only in the chair for about 30mins. Towards the end he advised me he wasn’t going to clean under my gum line.. I asked why… first it was I needed an authorization from my insurance (not true, I called n asked) then I didn’t need it… ... read more
I’ve been going since 11 years old I am now 30 i continue to go with my daughter!!!! Even though my insurance has change they allow me to self pay for there great services!!!!!
Very very knowledgeable
Painless dentistry. Dr. Hwang really knows how to put his patients at ease with gentle hands and a great sense of humor. He has been my dentist for over 20 years and has done everything from root canals to caps and fillings. I continue to recommend him to my friends and family!
