This place is a horrible establishment. I was harassed for parking in front of this store just for being gay. As soon as my fiance and I stepped out of the car, oe of the old bats got on the phone, staring us down as we went our own way to grab some dinner. The owners called the cops and had the nerve to lie and say I was groping and fondling my fiancé, who is ex military. No such acts took place, they were on the phone screaming for help the moment they saw two gay trans guys.

Cannot say enough nice things about JR Dunn at Emerald Isle. Vickie and the owner, Bonnie, went above and beyond to help me and ensure that I got my repairs back quickly and before the holiday. So sweet and so accommodating, and great work! Thanks for taking such good care of me!
we stopped in at the emerald isle location while we were on vacation and i was so impressed! the owner took so much time with us and answered all of our questions. she was so kind and knowledgeable on her inventory and was so patient as i "oooed" and "awwed" over the charles albert collection. i'm saving my pennies so i can call an order a piece from this store. it was a highlight of my trip and i can't wait to visit again next year!
