I hired this company to install a sliding glass door. The quote process and installation were perfect -- they were clean, professional, and arrived when they said they would. Great start! However, the door was missing a piece from the manufacturer. The installers noticed it right away and created a service ticket. This Company put new windows and sliders throughout my home. Claiming there liftetime warranty was the best in the business. A few years after the job I had a bathroom double hinge window go bad, wouldn’t stay open. Jr said they would get right on it,(Amy and Mike) 7 weeks later I’m still trying to get the repair done.
Poor customer interaction acted like he didn't want nothing to do with us.
J.R . Were very professional. They explained what they were going to do and how long it would take. They cleaned up the debri every day before they went home. Great experience.
