This Company put new windows and sliders throughout my home. Claiming there liftetime warranty was the best in the business. A few years after the job I had a bathroom double hinge window go bad, wouldn’t stay open. Jr said they would get right on it,(Amy and Mike) 7 weeks later I’m still trying to get the repair done.
Poor customer interaction acted like he didn't want nothing to do with us.
J.R . Were very professional. They explained what they were going to do and how long it would take. They cleaned up the debri every day before they went home. Great experience.

This is my third time using J.R. Door & Window once at my primary home and another property. I’m remodeling my bathroom and had to change out my window to accommodate my new bathroom design. Why am I a repeated customer with J.R. Door & Window. It’s the highest quality of windows, the installers perfectionism and the customer service of their staff.
