I've been buying bikes from Bob and Lorna for years. During that time I have watched friends and family buy bikes from other places, they paid way too much and a lot of times they bought bikes that fit them horribly. Now I insist they start with J&R. They will get the right bike, the right size, and the best price. In addition to a great selection of bikes, they have tons of accessories. Why go anywhere else.
Bob is the best! Came in last minute on a Saturday afternoon after being treated poorly by another Trek dealer in nearby Winfield. Bob took care of me right away and I couldn't be happier with the service he did to my bike. Friendly atmosphere even for a novice rider like myself. Great people to do business with. They have definitely earned a customer for life!
I live in Yorkville, but was referred here by a friend. It was a great experience. I already knew what I wanted, so I called them- they had it in stock as well as a bike rack for my hard-to-fit hatchback. They had my bike built and ready for me to pick up the same day. They showed me how to install the bike rack, gave me pointers, and made the process very easy. They were so nice and helpful! I can't recommend them enough! I will definitely make the trip to Villa Park again anytime I need anything!
