Poor service, rude woman greeted me at the door and offered to help me. I asked if they had used bikes, she said no, and completely wrote me off after that...didn’t offer to sell me anything didn’t show me a cheaper model, or ask what I was even looking for. I asked if they had bike reflectors because I didn’t see them the rude woman said she had them “in the back” I asked how much they were and in a fluster she barked “I didn’t know like 4 dollars?!” Whatever I bought them and they don’t fit on my bike. The pit crew at J&R was able to replace the damaged tire on my hybrid while I waited and got me back out to ride with friends today. They've done some great work on my road bike as well. Very professional and cordial staff.
