Home Depot Protection Plan "automated" assigns work orders to local sub contractors. Sometimes that system does not work smoothly. I had a small glitch with this type of scheduling due to the impersonal robotic automated system. I did not do my part by calling the contractor for scheduling confirmation. No one showed for the 'scheduled' appointment. I called JR Components and we worked everything out. Great locally owned business. Keep America strong, use mom & pop business more often!
Did not show up for service call on day scheduled. Spoke to Robert on the phone he apologized for missing the appointment but assured me he would make it right by coming the next day and would call by 10:30 AM. No call all afternoon and warranty company called as well which went straight to voicemail. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND FOR SERVICE. EXTREMELY UNPROFFESIONAL WORK ETHIC.
