I just got my remote start system reprogrammed after changing the car's battery. I really liked their quick service.
I highly recommend J&R! My story: I bought a car radio from J&R and had them install it. Long story short, there were problems with the install that had to do with my phone not being compatible with the radio. After a number of visits to try and rectify the problem, they offered to put in a newer radio in my car, at no cost to me. New radio works great. FANTASTIC customer service! Thank you very much! Special shout out to James for working with me through the whole process.
Spilled a gallon of milk in my car on a fri night, they assured me they would work on it right away at 1pm Sat when I brought it in and instead they left it to sit till Monday morning in 2 days of heat! Came to pick it up Mon night and the car reeked as they had basically just detailed it! After speaking to the owner they then kept the car another day pulled up the carpet but then put back the padding instead of replacing it. So the car still reeks! 5 Stars I was satisfied with my experience, at J&R Auto Salon. They ran into a small amount of trouble shooting with my aftermarket remote start, but were very apologetic, respectful, and professional. They fixed the issue with no questions asked. Changed what could of been a horrible experience into a great experience. Would definitely recommend them.
Just had a remote start installed on my 2018 Tundra. Great price and quick. I’ll be going back for other aftermarket items.
