I will give a star because they did send several photos of the undercarriage, suspension, frame, etc to inspect rust because it was a Canadian truck…Glad I did. Of course the first time I called I get the typical used car sales pitch “oh yeah we’ve had a lot of interest in that one and people trying to get approved”…. Right..you’ve had it in inventory for almost 4 months according to price history. It has been 3 months and I have filed a claim with the Attorney General of WA as well as the DOL and they are refusing any refund and now they are taking their time to reply allowing the car to rack up miles and even consider wanting to look and fix it at the very least at this point. I left a good review last time but the first week of me driving the vehicle and I took it in to 3 different mechanics and they all concluded the same thing that the suspension was something I could not drive on.
