I am giving 2 stars mainly because the owner tried to honor the reservation for 9' cargo van and get a van from different locations but it did not work out. The issue for me is the reservation should not have been accepted if the location did not have the rental. On the day of pickup, in the morning was told they did not have the van and he tried hard to get one. At noon I was informed they got a van and I can rent after 3 pm. I called J & R Auto Group today asking if they could do a State Inspection on my car. They were able to take my car in within 15 minutes! They were very friendly, and worked fast. They have a HUGE cat that kept me entertained while they inspected my car. I prefer doing business with a family owned business, and I highly recommend J & R Auto Group.
I can only speak to our experience with car inspections. They were quick and professional and we will coming back next year.
