Just trying to get a showing has a been a nightmare. Tried calling one office manager, never got a response. Called another and he asked me to text him with my info. Never heard from him again. Never got an email response. I can imagine if trying to get a showing is this difficult, trying to contact anyone for more pressing matters as a tenant would be impossible. Do yourself a favor and rent from Lapham instead. They’ve been significantly more professional.
Very shady company to rent from im filling court papers now to recover funds that was paid to them through the Covid relief fund. They lied about the amount owed for rent and was paid extra on my behalf for future rent but I moved out the property and they will not send the funds back to yhe agency they have free money they are wrong his name was Brian very untrustworthy
This rental agency is terrible. I got locked out of my own apartment and asked for assistance and was spoken to as if I was a criminal. If you ever need assistance, don't depend on them to help you. Live somewhere else.
