The onsite property manager consistently takes out his rage on the female tenants by yelling at them. When tenants report this to J&R, J&R ignores it because the onsite manager cries wolf and accuses tenants of being racist. When men in the building stalk and harass the women, J&R ignores this behavior. When tenants are loud until 4 AM, J&R ignores it. This has gone on for years.
Just trying to get a showing has a been a nightmare. Tried calling one office manager, never got a response. Called another and he asked me to text him with my info. Never heard from him again. Never got an email response. I can imagine if trying to get a showing is this difficult, trying to contact anyone for more pressing matters as a tenant would be impossible. Do yourself a favor and rent from Lapham instead. They’ve been significantly more professional.
Very shady company to rent from im filling court papers now to recover funds that was paid to them through the Covid relief fund. They lied about the amount owed for rent and was paid extra on my behalf for future rent but I moved out the property and they will not send the funds back to yhe agency they have free money they are wrong his name was Brian very untrustworthy
