Great service. Had exactly what I wanted.
Vivian was very helpful and knowledgeable about all the vehicles for which I made inquiries. She was not one of those salespersons that you can't get away from, she was around if we needed her, but did not "dog us" and we appreciated that. Everyone we came into contact with was courteous. This is our second purchase with J. Pauley and it won't be the last.

Went to J Pauley to buy our 2nd Toyota. Experience was great, we were in and out of the dealership in under 1 1/2 hours. Quickest vehicle I have ever purchased. Straight to the point, great pricing, will do business with again.
Our experience with J. Pauley Toyota was great! Our salesman was very friendly and helpful with getting us in the right vehicle and getting us the best price, he even stayed late to accomodate our late working hours. Will definitley be back when we are ready to purchase our next Toyota!
