I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. They were so nice and professional and even called me to remind me about my upcoming appointment. I receive excellent oral care at all of my appointments and am always very satisfied with my visits. Did your teeth cleaning feel rushed? Not at all. They took their time and made sure I was satisfied Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? Yes, I had to wait quite a while Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Yes, I was greeted when I walked in Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation.
