This was just a lovely experience. Starting with Amy on the phone and finishing with Joe cleaning my sofa! Joe took the time to check out the fabric, and explained to me any problems that might come up. In the end, my couch came out looking clean and beautiful! All in all, a great experience. I would highly recommend this company!
I am within the service area of this company and they refused to come to my house to clean my mattress bc it is 45 minutes away even though I would be paying for travel time. Unsavory
Joe did a terrific job cleaning our couch today. When he came he put white cover on his shoes and covered the area around the couch to make sure the carpet stayed clean. He was super friendly and talked to our kids while they watched him work on the couch. Not only does it looks very clean now but he also conditioned the leather and it has a beautiful shine to it now and looks great. Can't say enough for the positive experience I had with Joe this afternoon. He had multiple calls today but was able to fit me in last minute to accommodate my schedule. What's more my Pottery Barn couch looks as good as new. Thanks very much Joe for your expertise and professionalism. For anyone looking for upholstery cleaning, look no more - this is your guy.
