First, transparency. JP Plumbing has been to my home a number of times for small necessary repairs. All went well. This review pertains to the marvelous work they have done on our ADU. I called JP Plumbing in Astoria for something stuck in my garbage disposal that they originally installed. The person who came out was very friendly and got the disposal going again. But the next day I discovered a water leak under the kitchen sink that I did not have before their technician removed the garbage disposal and put it back. When I called JP Plumbing to come fix the leak I got the run around. “Someone will call you” but they didn’t.
