The poorest customer service I have ever dealt with. I guess that’s why they don’t call it JP HEATING AND COOLING! Makes sense why the name is heating and cooling on google. I called Joe last week (Friday)and told him my heater/furnace wasn’t working, he helped me out with a control panel in February and we thought it was fixed and it’s doing same thing. Long over due review! I cannot day enough about this company, I have had to call Jim on multiple occasions, the first being 4 years ago in the dead of winter when our furnace stopped working. We could not get anyone to come out in a timely manner, Jim agreed to come out that day understanding with a newborn we couldn’t be without heat! Just recently we purchased a new home and quickly realized we were going to need central air.
