JP is amazing! We have 2 HVAC units one for each floor of our home. We had issues with both within the same week during triple digit heat wave. JP wouldn’t stop until he found and remedied the issues at hand. He was professional and courteous. I appreciated how he took the time to educate us on the issues and how to fix them, always keeping us updated. Mr. J P basically knew what my problem was just by asking questions over the phone...I had already had someone to drop by and his diagnosis was way, way, way off the map...Mr. James gave me an excellent temporary fix until the right part could be placed on my HVAC system ...His expertise is off the charts, and he will be the ONLY person that I contact in the future..... Would not use JP again, customer service was horrible!! He was very disrespectful when my wife and I tried to contact him to complete the installation of our new HVAC unit. After he installed it he did not even come inside to see if it was working, which it was not. We had to pay additional money to have a true professional come after him to diagnose the problem and get it working.

I called on a Sunday, because my AC went out and its 90 degrees outside. He referred me to a friend of his who could come out that afternoon, since he could not make it out til Monday. Will definitely use them again, they are super friendly and helpful!
