Salon is super clean!! Phyllis is ahhhhmazing! Only schedule an appointment if you want your hair styled to perfection and gorgeous!!!
Always goes out of their way to get the style you want. Flexible in making appointments. Very cautious and safe during COVID times. I have been going to Carmen for many years. Phyllis is also friendly and willing to accommodate you to get the times and service you need. I have referred many friends there and they are satisfied too and keep coming back . J & P treats you like you are like a good friend.
I wish I could give them a zero. I called them to ask if they did a certain hair style, and the woman promptly said "No." I asked her if she knew any place that did, she rudely cut me off and said "No and I have a customer. Goodbye." Disgusting customer service, and I hadn't even stepped foot in their store.
