This review goes out to Chris in customer service. He did an amazing job answering my questions and getting me the information I needed! This is rare! Just want to say “Hats off to Chris” for his professionalism, kindness, and helpfulness! I was shocked that I wasn’t on the phone waiting forever to speak to a real person. I was on and off the phone with the information I needed in about 5 minutes! Thanks Chris! I hope Someone at your workplace reads this a gives you an award or better yet… a raise!
Although I never had a pretty much good experience from their customer service representative but Jasmine L was very helpful and kind and willing to help with all my queries without hesitations. Shout out to her.
Excellent food
Awful through and through. They’ve denied so many claims that were valid, and I had to fight to have them reprocessed. Even super obvious services like preventative infant treatment (vaccines, newborn screenings, etc) that are clearly stated as 100% covered on their own SBC. If you use JPFarley for health insurance stay on top of your claims and comb through them because they may be costing you money. Avoid this company if you can!
