I've had a terrible experience with this company, as i use them for my Flexible Spending Account. Absolutely no communication, and if they do actually communicate the information given is incorrect. Every time i submit for a reimbursement, i have to call/email several times for the status as it takes weeks for them to do anything. I've been waiting over a month now for a reimbursement check submitted on December 3, 2024. If i could give ZERO stars, i would. Shame on my employer for switching our FSA contract to this company.... read more

the provider team are too lazy to help out with their patients coverage. sending you a fax and not even helping out with other questions and concerns. this should be no star at all
