Excellent food
Awful through and through. They’ve denied so many claims that were valid, and I had to fight to have them reprocessed. Even super obvious services like preventative infant treatment (vaccines, newborn screenings, etc) that are clearly stated as 100% covered on their own SBC. If you use JPFarley for health insurance stay on top of your claims and comb through them because they may be costing you money. Avoid this company if you can!
Wonderful service and employees kind
I've had a terrible experience with this company, as i use them for my Flexible Spending Account. Absolutely no communication, and if they do actually communicate the information given is incorrect. Every time i submit for a reimbursement, i have to call/email several times for the status as it takes weeks for them to do anything. I've been waiting over a month now for a reimbursement check submitted on December 3, 2024. If i could give ZERO stars, i would. Shame on my employer for switching our FSA contract to this company.... read more
