Okay so there may or may not be a bug problem and the whole building needs to be tented. It's an old building. BUT the neighbors are friendly, the neighborhood is ideal being that everything is walking distance, you're right next to the freeway, and above all else, management/maintenance is efficient and communicative. We moved out due to job opportunities and let me tell you, we took that communication for granted. No place is perfect, but moving away made me appreciate the things I mentioned more.
These apartments have spacious kitchens and great parking. The office handles maintenance of the tenant's apartments promptly, and the grounds are well kept. Dog and cat friendly, too.

NEVER NEVER NEVER stay in these apartments!!!!! I had the misfortune of staying at an apartment that was infested with roaches, and let me tell you, it was a nightmare. I don't even know where to start with this review, as there were so many things wrong with this place. First of all, the roaches were everywhere.
