Great service experience. Very satisfied with the overall experience getting my F150 serviced. Worth the drive from Longview to Gladewater to deal with a professional service department, can't say the same about the local dealer here.
Within 8,000 miles of purchasing a $25k 2018 GMC Sierra with 90k miles my truck has already costed me $10k in total repairs. I let them know I was looking for a reliable truck to tow my horse trailer. After test driving the truck I requested the alignment and “Service Tire Monitoring System” warning light be fixed. They did. 2 days after getting the truck it is NOT DRIVABLE with power steering locking up on the road!
