Truck was appropriately priced. Very disappointed with trade in offer. (Refused the offer. Excellent sales person. She was caring, prompt and worked hard to meet expectations. Very knowledgeable about her product and the newest truck electronics, overall aspects of the vehicle and strong on vehicular standards and compliance.
The service on my Ford Edge was excellent. They found the problem I was having and fixed it very quickly. They were all very friendly and great at their jobs.
From start to finish it was the easiest car buying experience I've ever had . Our salesman was very knowledgeable and willing to work with us to get in the vehicle. 10 out of 10 I'd buy from J.O. Williams Ford.
We purchased a used vehicle shortly after we had a light come on on the display called Mary our salesperson she had me bring it the next day they found the issue fixed it at no cost to us!
